As far as figures of power are concerned, Crystal Ball girl is nothing more than a bit of bread and circuses for the public. She's only targeted streamers so far instead of people who can hire hit squads. However accurate her predictions are they're never going to think she has ACTUAL powers instead of just assuming she's has access to a capable investigator behind the scenes.
