Gyaru meet with idol, because stupid shit.
Idol wants to be his girlfriend while using her to expose secrets of other people.
Gyaru refused.
Idol threatened her with video of the bikini cheer squad she did.
Since Gyaru can't predict her own future, there would be no way to see it coming.

And if this somehow turn out to be true, I'm buying every lottery ticket in a 4 state area!

Yep, pretty sure Otaku and the other girl are dating, but you know there's always a chance that the good old jealousy trope can raise its ugly head.

Personally, with the way the story's been going, I'm sure Otaku will be nothing but 100% supportive of his good 'friend' Bikini Squat Gyaru going out with the idol.
