It looks like she wasn't always this good. Back in chapter 6 she says "Lately I've been spot on" so that implies that she hasn't always been so accurate. It's also the chapter where her powers really start increasing.

It could also mean she's phony in the sense that she isn't being honest with her feelings or something.
