Agree that it's too soon for kissing. Implied rather than explicit kissing (etc, once they're no longer minors) means we won't have to put up with moronic flower faces obscuring all points of contact, or chick cartoons over genitals.

Ugh yeah, I'm perfectly happy with a prim and proper, platonic fawning for a while still. I mean, these *are* children, barely teens, not even in high school yet, to say nothing about being an adult!

My hope is that this will do another time skip soon, to end of high school or a bit later (age-wise) and it will turn into a brilliant coming-of-age story, with the developing romance in full swing.

I sort of wanted them to kiss but it was only because I thought they might not ever kiss and that would be sad. Like in Yuri!!! on Ice where the (spoilers) victor and yuri kiss was obscured.
