How did you forget the main plot basically is about the curse that Evie's maternal Grandma created in the process of saving the world and how it was killing Evie's Mom and Aunt to the point her mom was suffering from Hyper Narcolepsy and the Aunt was an autonomous machine, and now Evie and Elsa have it.

Cats ears can swivel independently of each other, move up and down, and rotate 180 degrees, allowing cats to locate unseen predators and prey alike by sound alone. It doesn't really make sense for the horns to be behind the ears, because that would limit their range of motion and interfere with their ability to locate things approaching from behind.

Foxes are vulpines, which are a subfamily of canines. Not cats.
