It's very rare that we have such a wholesome, mature male lead. Especially in a manga like this where you usually have the tsundere boy, the cold duke, the spoiled prince etc.

Finally someone you can look at and think: Ok, he's going to be really good for her.

Isaac is the best male lead I've seen in so many fucking manga. Like, he's respectful, supportive, and also understands boundaries. He's waiting for Melindique to be more clear of her feelings, but showing his own interest in her in a non-creepy way.

My only issue is that right now he's low-key becoming what female love interests usually become to main male characters. Which is someone who doesn't exist outside of them. He's basically thrown away his entire life for her, lmaooo.
