I really don't understand why kids in manga get to worried over the law, because if the girl is doing something like flashing her panties, then they will likely be charged with public indecency, plus, the guys that are the victims in these scenarios are also minors. Which makes even less sense as to why they'll be charged for a crime they were blackmailed into doing.

OK, so the reason I'm frustrated is because I was blackmailed when I was young and it's very frustrating to see someone being blackmailed, especially when they're young. It doesn't make any sense why the justice system would be rigged in the favor of women, just because of an outdated prejudice that all women are weak and must be protected. Especially when the worst ones abuse their position as a "weak" and "frail" creature.
