MC has gnome lineage, forcing him to do mischief, so he'd go out during night and... I think answer calls for help while they sleep? Most I remember is he could enter houses via (opened?) windows/balcony doors, him fixing somebody's shoes, but I think he also would finish homework or other minor fixing stuff.
IIRC, if he wouldn't do that, he'd be prone to unconsciously/magically pranking others during daytime?
Setting is modern Japan, some human families come from lineages of beings from fantasy. I don't think that's common knowledge (magic/fantasy elements are probably hidden from the populace)?
An event led to him interacting with 'ojousamas' of... Either fairy or elf lineage? IIRC, they'd age gracefully, and live slightly longer than the norm.
He was likely asked by the girls' mother, but I forgot what he was supposed to do.
The sisters fell for him, but they noticed how unusually dense he was to their advances or not reacting to lucky perv moments. A consultation with an elder led to the conclusion that as long as his gnome side was acting up, he would have no drive at all. IIRC, it should go away by itself in time, resulting in him functioning like a normal human, but it could take a long while.
There was a chapter, where something was given to him, that would temporarily (a day or two) make that side suppressed, and he was very flustered and overwhelmed by the girls' advances on him as a result.
