It's pretty much just a brief tutorial on some of the gameplay mechanics in the Pokemon Let's Go video games, starring two kids who have horrible character designs. It doesn't do anything out of the ordinary to teach you about the game, which comes off rather bland and boring. Other than that, the Pokemon and game NPCs are drawn pretty close to how they look (it's the only good point it has).
