It's a shame they didn't go a bit further with the ghost streamer idea but spirit office workers is fairly interesting.

I think the Good Spirit Division and Grim Reaper Division don't know yet, at least?

It looks like the story wants to focus on cute romance between Anko and Gozu, rather than comedy (e.g.: team-ups with Anko's coworkers). Though it's only chapter 2 so far. And, judging from the mangaka's other two series, I'm expecting a dark and horrifying backstory for Anko that will drive the plot later (I'm guessing Anko's cute appearance was her actual appearance before she died, and the story is going to build up to how/why she became the horrifying anglerfish spirit).

According to Yuritarou they want it be like an all ages romcom but we'll see how the story progresses with that in mind.

Is arguably one of the most common and culturally universal horror tropes?

A ghost that looked like a completely normal human woman could scare tons of people using basic ghost powers plus maybe some props. Especially since it seems like there's a decent amount of overlap between the kind of people they're trying to scare and dudes who try to hit on random women.
