We haven't learned how many stamps Nazuna-tan gets for having made Nanten visible, but I'm hoping that it was or will be a lot.

I was not expecting for the protagonist to make a wish like that, though. He should be more careful. His wishes could end up tearing up his clothes while in public or something.
