Porn ad shown despite content filter

The latest ad shown on the front page is for a disgusting AI girlfriend porn website.
My content filter settings explicitly disallow mature content.
I should not have to see this fucked up ad (that shouldn't exist in the first place, but the fact that it is shown to people that don't want explicit content is even worse).
It is even shown if the content filters are set to "safe". This must be fixed ASAP. I suggest fixing it by removing the ad altogether.

Yeah, it was up for a while, then they took it down, then put it back up... Last time, their excuse was that the advertiser didn't provide the same link as they had in their request for ad space, and they didn't check it correctly. This time, it was the same advertiser for an AI girlfriend that was greatly rejected, so they have absolutely no excuse.

Crazy work, especially giving that ads are manually approved (at least I think so), and despite the overwhelming backlash AND the fact that ai stuff is banned on the site makes it seem pretty weird to me
