Not sure if this is a bug or was implemented now as part of design.
Before the button for status of manga (The one of "Reading, completed, on hold, etc) was on the section of actions, but now is under the image of the manga itself.

It's the same for mobiles, you can possible just ignore where you put reading status because is kinda hidden, not so visible
