The translation reads like it was fed through multiple different languages through Google Translate and might even be worse than a straight machine translation.
I just don't understand taking the time and effort to clean, typeset, ect. and then not giving a shit about the actual translation and proofreading. You've already done the most time consuming work, why slack on the relatively easy part?
