I think her ability work is kind of like Escanor with his muscle (heck even how she handles her weapon does resemble how Escanor holds his Axe). She becomes almost invincible and Unstoppable for only a period of time using some magic or some spell mumbo jumbo. if she uses the pure training method her muscle will be permanent and she will not return as an ordinary woman again when she get exhausted.

It's not good for your muscles to be at their 100% all the time after all. They need some downtime to repair themselves.

Seeing how many of them there are in this chapter, I feel I should let you guys know that apparently there's a rule now to combine those double-page spreads into single pages, since that's quote: "how they are intended to be read".
I just looked it up now to make sure I'm remembering correctly, and it's rule 3.2.3 in the site rules.
(and before I get called out for being some kinda stickler for the rules or anything, I only know about this bc I saw it in the comments on another manga I was reading, and I only bring it up here bc I was starting to get annoyed by all the repeated pages in this chapter)
