While the initial concept is fine, the execution is pretty poor. The characters are flat and calling the storytelling "rough" is generous. It's not exactly terrible but it is quite amateurish.

I thought it was discount Maoyuu Maou Yuusha but it's really now. I've enjoyed reading it but the story really doesn't flow well at times. I'd say it's almost good. Almost.
