This prediction depresses me.
As for what I think will happen this year, one major government collapse, a handful of useless wars, and new and interesting things to read. From my perspective, it balances out quite nicely.

This is a late 2025- early 2026 one and it's pretty unlikely probably just wishful thinking but, there will be a anime studio production meltdown that will seriously affect profit margins and and start the conversation internally hopefully allowing for better conditions.
