Bug: Press on the "Avatar" in the picture below will load the selected picture as your banner

How to recreate:
1-Navigate to "Change profile" tab
2-Press on "Avatar", and not the field with "Leave blank if no change to image"
3-Choose a picture (due to there being a file browser popping up after pressing "Avatar")
4-Navigate to "Site Settings" tab
5-You will see the name of the file you chose entered in the field of "MDList Banner"
6-If you press save in the same "Site Settings" tab, it will upload the previously selected picture as your banner

Not sure if this is supposed to be intended browser behavior in this case, but pretty sure having two elements with the exact same id (in this case, "file") is no bueno. Perhaps the IDs should be a tad more specific.
