So, yeah, this manga is made for fat fetishism. The artist is quite known in the community and he's quite liked. He usually never delves into the creepy stuff for the fetish, so he's pretty vanilla all things considered.

However, I wouldn't say we're sick minded people like @kronix says, lol. It's a fetish and if you don't have a few screws loose, you'll probably know when there's limits and all that stuff. Some people go too far, but man, I would say there's that kind of stuff everywhere in every fetish. Fat has many unhealthy implications still and that's why most of us usually put limits to this stuff. Or at least that's what I want to think. I'm not a mind reader on a global scale.

I'm not into BDSM, so I didn't know there was that kind of stuff here.

In any case, this is pretty much a softcore hentai manga. Yeah, you could make the comparison to being introduced to heroin, but this is pretty much something made to get some erections, so I wouldn't say it's realistic or something to be much more concerned about than other hentai.
