People here are kinda dumb, so lemme summarize from the words of a veteran fetishist of this genre, and kinda trying to repent for their actions.
This is 100 percent a feederism oneshot.
There is no denying that it is feederism. It is kinda obvious. And from what I have seen, its surprisingly tame.
However, this doesn't mean that it cannot be sweet. People can like what they want as long as its morally right, and don't give me the straight talk about how feederism isn't morally right, because it is.
Within a very strict limit. And consent, and health problem awareness, blah blah blah.
The guy in the comic had no quarrels with his wife, and just wanted to see her happy. Even if that meant through cooking.
Still feederism though. And some extreme calories. But it wasn't poison, rather just classic feederism things, its common within the genre.
In summary: It may be feederism. But it doesn't mean that something can be sweet, or wholesome.
Don't let someone's own interests get in the way of you enjoying a story, we all have seen something that has something overly sexualized, let it be boobs, ass, feet, etc. But that shouldn't detain to a story's value.
But this isn't a manga for someone to enjoy new to the internet. Someone needs a bit of skin to go through it.

Still fetish manga tho. Ngl. I personally didn't enjoy it, because it isn't wholesome enough to balance out the factors of food.
Not a bad premise though.
Edit: Fifth rereading. The guy had nothing to do with feederism, it was just the girl enjoying his food, and he wanted her to keep doing that.
Context matters. If someone was force feeding someone to chubby, that would be another story, but this is just wholesome fluff with a fetish behind it. That however changes the way it is viewed, so you guys have a reason to complain. But this shouldn't be an excuse to insult someone for being chubby/fat.
But as @Antore also said, inciting obesity isn't good either.
