That said, even if our main couple were still cold to each other, Yun Ci is merely putting Ming Yue, himself, and their entire country in jeopardy. So, while it's hard to say just how news travels in fiction-land, there is no justification for Yun Ci's course of action. Honestly speaking, I'm not sure how strife between Uighur and Tang could possibly help him, since Ming Yue would probably not go unscathed. Yet again: fiction-land.
