This thing got that same surreal yuri energy as Futari Monologue. Love it.

This one starts out a little 'meh', but it soon gets pretty cute and it's only been getting better with each chapter (it's up to 7 now).

Also, yeah, it definitely should be tagged yuri lol.

Why not just use Yuri instead of shoujo ai? Btw, shoujo ai makes it sound like pedophilia. It means "girl love", but not in the sense of love between girls. It sounds more like "loving girls" or "(someone's) love of/for girls". The problem is that it's using the word shoujo, which stands for underage girls (10-18)... So having a shoujo ai tag is like having a tag about loving underage girls, which can easily be pedophilia ._.

Huh... I went into this series expecting to love it, and at first I did. By the time it ended, I realized I didn't actually enjoy it very much.

Each character is very simple and flat; what you see is what you get. Haiji is a simple girl-loving girl that will do whatever it takes to find her princess, and Sarara is the best friend that fits the bill. These two silly but adorable characters are pretty fun, but I didn't care for the other characters that come later.

The story is slapstick hijinks all about meeting and interacting with cute girls. At first, I found this hilarious, entertaining, and engaging. Sadly, with each new character added, my enjoyment was drastically reduced. It became less about finding love(?) and more about dealing with the bratty characters. The entire end sequence is completely nonsensical--in a bad way--which only made the weakening plot end with a resounding "....Huh?" of confusion and no real conclusion. The biggest shock to me was how relieved I felt when it was over.

6/10 I.. hesitate to recommend this series. I enjoyed the first 6 or so chapters a lot, but it dwindled after that. I like the two FMCs, but that only goes so far. It is a fairly short read, so that's a silver lining?
