Problem Adding Covers [Fixed]

For some reason, when ever I attempt to add a cover, I get an error message. It happened suddenly, and I've tried clearing my cookies and browsing history, restarting my computer, and obtaining different copies of the images from other sources all with the same result.

Here is an example of one of these error messages:

- Volume 1 cover failed to upload: {"result":"error","errors":[{"id":"7426dfbe-18a4-51a4-afe0-a0e829402f14","status":500,"title":"upload_service_exception","detail":null,"context":null}]}

Fixed about three hours after this thread was created.
