When I read this I'm reminded of all the shit from "doctors" online about how to deal with bullying. Its all hippie crap like tell your parents or say no. If that worked we'd live in some other society. Best way to deal with it is to beat the shit out of them.
That didn't work here since this is less bullying as much as it is organized crime.
