The teacher who inspired Kokoro is also a female teacher. That's surprising. In edgy dumpster fires like this the female lead is often associated with an older male character who played a pivotal role in her life, but here it's a woman. And then there's a shriveled old man she visits, could be her victim, who once also victimized her and perhaps turned her into the monster she is now.
The apoplectic seething on that bully girl is delicious.
Man, I'm relieved a (would-be) rape scene featuring bullies is interrupted for once in these dark and edgy dumpster fires. They almost always succeed for crass shock value, but I'm tired of that shit. Maybe this time the victim is saved(?)
Even better, maybe actually use that recording as incriminating evidence for once, instead of how it always goes where it's a tool against the victim instead of a tool to ruin the perpetrators.
