Satisfying ending to this arc, but if the goal of going back in time was saving lives, I don't know if the math works out. Sure, the three girls made it out and a few years' worth of subsequent victims were saved (presumably). But on the other hand, a large crowd of people were gunned down with automatic weapons...their end was a lot less gruesome though, I guess

So all this time it was actually an organ harvesting operation????? Once again, this manga pisses me off. Even in the most clandestine organ harvesting operations, there must be a level of cleanliness because, after all, it's a medical procedure and organs are very delicate. If these people will go out of their ways to set an elaborate plan to lure people and cover it up, then the least they can do is harvest them in a clean and secure place, not in a cave in the ground. And they have been doing it for presumably DECADES.

In the original timeline, Kusaba killed all the villagers and he couldn’t save the girls from being sacrificed, so at least the MC saved 4 persons (the police officer and the girls).
