I wonder if she was misgendered at birth? Like someone who was born with both parts but she ended up having the female chromosomes so it became more apparent as she grew that she was female. But, I dunno, I think the doctors would’ve noticed. The same thing happened with my cousin, but they figured it out when she was a baby.
