damn, i thought it was a monster house kind of situation for a moment there, but apparently not.
I do wonder why the building took so long to claim the janitor though? was it because he truly didn't want to leave like he said, and while helping the girl escape he had just enough of a change of heart to convince the building that he had to be claimed? Or was it simply using him as a lure or sorts? (although obviously he was shooing people away based off of how he interacted with the girl the first time they met)
