[QoL] Make "Random" button clickable forever

What is the current functionality:

• Once you open a manga with "Random" button, to open another manga with "Random" you have to navigate from the manga

What would this suggestion change:

• Once you open a manga with "Random" button, you can click "Random" once again to open a new random manga

My current workaround:

• Open multiple mangas in new tabs. This is fine on a PC but in PWA it's impossible to open new tabs

not quite on purpose, but there's another dedicated button to reroll (edited)

Edit: to the question of "is it on purpose that you cannot click the random button repeatedly to "browse" through random suggestions?" sounded a bit weird if i didn't give any context
