Make chapters in chapter dropdown able to be opened in a new tab

You can right-click / Ctrl+click / long press to open the previous and next chapters in a new tab. Would it be possible to allow that for all the chapters in the chapter dropdown?

EDIT: It turns out you actually can't Ctrl+click to open the previous and next chapters in a new tab, so I would like to request this feature as well.
