Suggested many times. It's difficult to quantify without being an insane load on the database, especially if this filter is supposed to take into account the language filter which is probably a big reason as to why it would be used anyway. Spamming this setting would be a good way to DDoS the site.

And that's not even talking about the actual usefulness of this option. Chapter count doesn't necessarily have anything at all to do with the pagewise length of the manga.
