Like say someone asks a question and then a week or month later they or someone else asks it again maybe with slightly different wording. You alright with that?
Actually unrelated to any recent events!
I'm fine with it if the question has been improved in some way.
But two of the same question in the same week is not okay.
What do you have to say?

I would like to nominate this as a very realistic answer.

I am mostly ok with it. If they keep doing it though, then I would start worrying that they need to get themselves checked by a doctor.

Depends. My rule of thumb is based off my short term memory. So 3 days, unless stated that they are going on vacation or something.

it depends on their posting habits before they take the unexpected leave. if daily posters like @BakedBanana or @Angry_Panda were to go a week without any activity, my mind would go defcon 3. but if it's someone who only pops in here and there, i'd assume they'd be back whenever they feel like it.

i generally don't mind, but in some cases it can indicate that someone is just not seriously interested in learning/remembering whatever they're asking about, especially when it comes to personal questions. in those cases, i might not remember what the question was about, but i will remember that they didn't. and 'bigtiddyoneesan will remember that' pops up appropriately every time
