Question regarding the languages in which a manga can be translated into (indigenous languages)

I am creating a group called Nahuatl Scans, in which I will be translating manga into the Nahuatl language, an indigenous language of Mexico, with the objective to make an attempt to take this language outside of isolated communities in rural areas into a more mainstream space, and I thought that manga would be a good starting point, as manga is really popular all over the internet. My question is: is it allowed in this site? and if that was the case, what's the language tag I should use?
