I heard theories that he could be the Converso that supposedly died. That theory seems more credible now

Does Ocoho actually know that Diabal’s the one who Summoned threats to her homeland and soon to be her land for years?

I’ve thought about it and I don’t think that ever happened which would explain why she isn’t rightfully pissed.

She's aware of that, she even said it during chapter 116. I'm not sure she has entirely forgiven him but she's not hostile towards him anymore

I can infer a few things from some things we saw in past chapters, but the one I most want to know... is his infection.

I'd say whatever the hell is going on with his blood is related to his infection
