And there it is, volume 18 is fully translated! Thanks to everyone who supported us!

For what's next, volume 19 should be released in November 22. For those wondering, yes we're planning on translating it too once the raws will be out.

In the meantime, we also plan on translating Cyfandir Chronicles, a spin-off of Radiant centered around what happens in Cyfandir after the war. If you like Radiant, I encourage you to go read it as well and to be on the lookout for any Radiant related work from us!

And again, thank you.

I was really excited to see this specific chapter with better quality and the spreads in full glory... I am not even in the slightest disappointed.

Milla keeps her house in order XD.

I respect Adriel, still think he is being naive about his future "freedom", but I don't think I would do any different if I were in his position... unfortunately the system to which he is putting any expectation is fucked beyond recovery.

@PukeiPukei Thanks a lot for your work, and your continued work too, I didn't even know there was a spin-off series, is the art made by Tony too?

No, but the artist replacing him, Naokuren, is very good at mimicking Tony's style while also keeping some of his. Tony is in charge of the script so we can be sure it'll remain faithful to the main series

Thanks for doing this volume. The guy who did it before did a serviceable job but yours was above and beyond, especially doing all those beautiful double spreads justice.

Excited to hear you’re doing more radiant in the future. No pressure to do them fast though. If there’s anything radiant fans know, it’s patience.

the twist at the end of this volume is killer. Cyfinder definitely had a more concise plot but Bome has had so much more cool stuff happen.

I will say, I really doubt Piodon isn’t the villain no matter what word garble he uses. Mainly because when you write a story, you typically want the main villain to have a connection or interact a lot with the hero. Piodon’s been giving Seth grief since rumbletown’s conclusion.

anyways I think I said this before but if you’re starved for radiant content, I’d suggest watching the first season of the anime because it’s got a lot of non-manga filler, specifically an episode on a day in Dart Dragonuv’s platoon.

I see him more as an antagonist.

I don't think he is on the side of the Mesnie or whoever else... but he has his objectives, and he is more than willing to use a power that would corrupt most, and the fact that he can keep his control says a lot about his will and his willingness to stay in such a position like being a conversor shows his determination to achieve whatever he wants.

Piodon is dangerous.

Gave a search on Naokuren, and you are right, he did "follow" Tony's style as a guideline, but her clearly has his own style and it is very good.

I think I even caught a few images of Chronicle of Cyfandir, but I will wait for you to post it, i want to surprise myself with the full thing.

I don’t know a lot of his actions give me the notion that his goal is to protect the status quo even if it is shitty.
  • Halting the jailbreak
  • joining the inquisition
  • using his brothers as manipulatable goon instead of a greater cause, then throwing them to the wolves once they ask questions.
A lot of this evidence is circumstantial but it would also create a contrast between him and Seth, who always makes positive change everywhere, destroying the status quos.
