I don't think Hirose is talking about her and Amakasu there
I think she is talking about Iori about how he is close enough to call Amakasu "An"

also for Yuuki, I didn't know he was considered female before

You don't know how long it's been since I always regularly refreshing the previous scanlation group website page for updates, I even bookmarked it on both my phone and desktop browser just so I could always check whether there's an update or not. It's been so long.

so I was wondering if it changed into female at some point

nice pick

so in previous page, Amakasu said that Iori is "special" using kanji "tokubetsu (特別)"
(ano hito wa tokubetsu dakara)

which is why Hirose ask in the first panel: "(what do you mean by) special?"
then Amakasu tried to change what she meant by saying "(I mean) tokushu (特殊)" which also means "special"
but special as in "he's strange" or "he's weird" meaning

and then Hirose affirm by saying "Tashika ni kawattemasu yo ne..."
which if you translate it roughly means "It's certainly changed"
I guess that's why the translation became like in the 2nd panel

but "kawatteru" can also mean a phrase in Japanese which roughly means "a peculiar/eccentric person"
so I guess the better translation in this panel should be
"well, he certainly is a weird person"

or something like that
