Sooo again, what side are the baddies ?

the bloodline of roars still fully intends to wipe out innocents and complete some mysterious world magic that would probably wipe out the rest

the roars may be more honorable and likeable then the other bloodlines weve seen but they still have very evil intents for anyone not under their very small umbrella

Author really building up to the big battle once again! Part of what has made the fights work so well in this series has been how the various participants really get shown in a multifaceted way, and even the evil side is still pretty cool and have their own motivations. Now we get to see the full Sun Cult in serious action again, but setup in its own sort of isolated bubble since apparently the nature of the world magic "story" means all the bloodlines can't just go all out at the same time. Yet more pieces of world building, but we can't see the full puzzle yet even though clearly lots of the characters know it.
It almost makes you forget these are supposed to be the enemies of our main characters.
Sooo again, what side are the baddies ?
Part of the real angst here is that it's not merely about the present but the future. We've had a lot of pointers at this point that the dragon transformation ultimately affects everyone, messing with their thinking and emotional responses. Depending on their original personalities and resulting powers the Kings might hold onto more or less of themselves for more or less time, but they all seem to eventually become monsters. Roars is really young, and may well be pretty decent, but if ultimately the king (and in turn all kin) will still become bad then humanity trying to eradicate them would still be completely reasonable. The Dragon side have done a lot of horrible things, and whether Roars chooses to go along with that or just can't refuse doesn't change that it's still on the side of the dragons.

But for the time being we readers remain in the dark on both the past and full present of what's going on.

Can't wait to see the casualty lists after all this

Also Majorca Abbot the sister of Fuwe either had a major glow up since we last saw her or split personality with her a dragon side

So the roar bloodline is all the victims of the sun cult in their process to fight against the dragons gaining power of the dragon ?

Can't say who is in the wrong. The sun cult is the necessary humanity needed to battle the dragons, the roar bloodline is also just a victim in the process of fighting the dragons.

To be honest, we still don't know the end goal of each side, like what the Sun Cult will do after eliminating dragons and what the Roar Bloodline will do after destroying the Sun Cult.

This will either be, "Oh I don't know who is the wrong one." Or "Man... F#ck them the Dragons/the Sun Cult".

So we see part of the World Magic being completed there, but I wonder what the ultimate goal for it is. The dragons seem fully capable of wiping out humanity if they cooperated among bloodlines.
Also the woman turning into a petal makes me think that Bagram is being manipulated. Maybe she is just an illusion conjured up by Sigmalio to ensure that Roars do their part with World Magic or something along those lines?

One detail I just noticed: it seems very unlikely to be coincidence that author chose nearly the exact same perspective of Earth for the world magic here as we saw a brief glimpse of in Crimson's globe's void all the way back in chapter 47. Except there (presumably reflecting the current state of reality) we saw Australia has been shattered by some massive force, presumably something dragon king related either from the great war or some other event after (like banko going insane or the like). In the World Magic view though everything looks normal, which is an interesting thing. Is the idea to completely restore the world to an older state, or do so with selective alterations?
