I just read the whole thing after seeing it on the front page, and to everybody complaining about how confusing it is, you should really reread the past few chapters. It's not that hard to follow.

I remember who she is, she is a more personal attendant/mannerisms tutor to the Princess. Can see her early in chapter 17 and more back story of her in the end of chapter 18

@DreadOp now the war can break down majorly in this:
In princess side: 1. princess unit, who aim to kill ortozoa, 2. ragna unit, who kill everything in their path, 3. hypnotized civilian unit, who fight drugged unit.

In dragon side, there is 3 things too: 1. Teractora, who wait for his magic to replenish (that punch vs Ragna) 2. Ortozoa, who faced his assasin 3. Kamui, who is on standby (in Artemisia side), he just need 2 second to their current location (and the dragon surely win if he present, Ragna cant win againts him yet) but it risk Artemisia assasination, so Ortozoa chose not to call him.
