If you're referring to Death Toll. They said as much in the second to last page. The current volume is cleaned, they are just looking for a redrawer to speed up the release of this series. They are taking staff from other projects to help in this, and probably any of their other backlogged series, when those staff members have the time.

This is why the releases are so slow. If I had the time, or even knowledge about how to do anything that isn't poorly punctuated proofreader, I'd try to help.
