There sure were a lot of shops mentioned in this chapter!
By the way, the shop prominently featured that they visit at the end is the Hachioji ramen shop Den-Den, which is within walking distance of Hachioji Station but actually farther away than Tantan, so I guess they were already walking in its direction while chatting.
As a bonus, I think the shop alluded to with "Hachioji Napolitan Ramen" and limited-time Okonomiyaki Ramen is Hyakuba, also near the station.
