The store featured at the beginning of this chapter is Shinanoya in Tajimi city, Gifu.
The store featured at the end of the chapter is Mametengu flagship store in Takayama, hence Takayama Ramen. It seems they changed locations sometime around 2020 and no longer have the quaint, rustic interior featured in this chapter, although they did keep their chairs.
