I feel like I didn't understand anything from this. So she helped the little girl who became a hero at the end? is that it?

@RPWA it's pretty obvious. The little girl was Gertrude, who is her great-great granddaughter. After her mom died, she decided to raise her and she eventually became a hero. There also seems to be some big secret that affected her family, which lead to Gertrude's daughter (her great-great-great granddaughter) hating her.

@trucksareawesome she idolizes her mother (Gertrude) and she started hating Ramia for « something » she did 30 years ago to Gertrude (which hasn’t been revealed to readers yet). The fact Ramia also never explained herself made it worse.
