And an explanation of why this is relevant to MD, and what needs to be done because of it.

WeComics - Merged with Webnovel as of Oct 30th 2021. Some titles are not be transfered over to Webnovel due to licensing.
Defunct as of Feb 28, 2022.

Impact on MD: WeComics Official English links need to be updated to Webnovel links where possible, and removed if not.

YenPress - Updated their website on April 14th, 2023. This update changed their URL scheme, more notably the search function one.

Many titles still need to be updated to the new URLs or be changed to their new series pages. Fortunately, some URLs have redirects, but not all of them.

 

[Atifus]

Toptoonplus - Merged with Day Comics. All the titles have been transfered over. Defunct.

Impact on MD: Toptoonplus Official English Links needs to be changed with Day Comics Official English Links since the Toptoonplus Links redirect to the main Day Comics site instead of the exact series.
So,

https://www.toptoonplus.com/comic/100306/ (1)

or

https://global.toptoon.com/content/Drawing-Romance/100306 (2)

need to be changed to

https://daycomics.com/content/100306

The change could possibly be automated for Link Type (1)

Lilyka Manga - On April 13, 2023 Lilyka Manga announced in a Tweet that "Lilyka will be merging with our other online store eManga.com". Following this announcement, the lilykamanga.com domain was disconnected from a website. Their manga is now sold on eManga which also sells manga from other English publishers.

Impact on MD: Any Lilyka Manga links needs to be switched with the relevant eManga links. Any current Lilyka links just lead to a message that says "Looks like this domain isn't connected to a website yet".

For instance:

changes to

https://emanga.com/products/irresistible-person?variant=31485562585178

I believe manually searching on eManga will need to be done to get the new links. MangaUpdates lists some of the series that they've licensed. I've already fixed the links for Ikenai Hito (Irresistable Person) and Tadokoro-san. There's still probably a lot more that needs to be fixed though. Also, I added this information about the switch to the MU page almost a month ago, but I kept forgetting to put it in this thread until now.

ComicWalker - announced rebranding into "Kadocomi" on December 13, 2023.
Their whole website changed due to the rebranding, it doesn't seem like they're gonna change domains, at least for now.

As expected, the URL scheme for the titles changed, but it seems like all the old URLs still work (will redirect to the new URL scheme):

Old scheme:
https://comic-walker.com/contents/detail/KDCW_AM19204280010000_68/
New scheme:
https://comic-walker.com/detail/KC_002504_S?episodeType=first

Old scheme URLs should be updated to new scheme URLs.

My Love Story with Yamada-kun at Lv999 has a dead Mangamo link (404s) for the official EN version.
Seems like the path changed from /my-love-story-with-yamada-kun-at-lv999 to /manga/my-love-story-with-yamada-kun-at-lv999. Unless the link was wrong from the beginning, it would be nice if someone with sufficient privileges / their own datadump could check if this potential change affects more titles...

https://hobbyjapan.co.jp/comic redirects to https://firecross.jp/comic. Unfortunately, series links don't seem to get redirected.
I'm looking at this title right now which changed from /comic/series/dd/ to /ebook/series/402 so it looks like manual work is required to migrate affected titles. Would be good to know which titles need updating...
Furthermore, it doesn't help that (at least for this title) the Japanese title used on MD reads the same as firecross' but looks different when escaped / uses different characters:

...and well the on-site search doesn't work with the MD title but thankfully Google does.
While I guess this means firecross' search sucks, it looks like the string used by firetoon is shorter though. So I wonder if MD could take a lesson here to reduce string length and save(?) storage.

I don't want a specific title fixed, I think I found two examples of issues that potentially affect a greater number of titles and from my understanding fall under

url changes

That's why I posted them here.

*PS: I'm aware of the report option, but if something might end up warranting a bulk edit / effort I don't see the point of heading out to manually hunt down & report titles individually...
