I can only assume we still haven't caught up to the raw just yet, but the raw has probably stopped right now.

And TBH, this feels like tying up loose ends to me
Vol. 2 ended at Ch. 13, so if we assume its last volume to complete it, the pace is about right.

My speculation only. I browsed through the author's Twitter and saw that chapter 15 is out and there is also chapter 16 on the horizon. So either the physical volume got cancelled due to low sales, so they moved to digital only now. Or...like the comment above me, a few chapters more to wrap up the story. I pray it's the former,
