General thoughts - I'm glad Hiramoto gave readers more closure with this ending(relative to previous works), and hopefully he was still able to write the manga he wanted to

Personal Thoughts - about 'Senpai'

equally happy and disappointed that senpai lived, i think him living really was a nice treat for those that liked his character, myself included however it felt very very lame as far as story telling and i think the manga as a whole lost at least one whole point there. It also makes you realise he never went back for Possan... what an asshole

As a whole - if you like Hiramoto's other works you'll enjoy this and i think it's one of his better works as it clearly presents the mc with personal and moral issues that affect the plot while remaining mostly unpredictable.​

Score - easily 3/5. Worth the read for most people
