I've managed to make a timeline for most important events in the story, which should clear out how things happened.

From realistically understanding, original Marina got back to her universe with Rinnosuke somehow surviving as seen him on the hospital bed, still alive and then reaching out to Marina through the time vortex.

As to new now corrected universe, reason why Rinnosuke has wait 3 years for his illness to be cleared is most likely he didn't want to put Marina through painful moments of his illness and death in original timeline.

Anyway, good 9/10 story, would be a whole lot better without the fanservice but I'm sure it's what kept it afloat for so long.
It's basically about a guy who never really knew about being loved a part his early 3 years of life. Rinnosuke never really experienced that basic feeling and was unable to share one right until his death, even though he was married before it was just "siblings love" by a person who was twisted by guilt, guilt of trying to pose as his lost sister that was adopted.

I think some people misunderstood the ending of the manga.

Future Marina didn't return to her timeline because she "chose the old MC over the young MC". The moment Marina returns to her timeline is the same time that present Marina was just born.

In the first chapter of the manga, Marina says that it would be okay for her to stay in that timeline as long as present Marina hadn't been born yet. Two Marinas in the same timeline would probably mess everything up.

Anyway, I really liked the manga. The only problem was the ending, which was really rushed. I still hope they make an anime adaptation of this manga.

Well fuck y’all i love this manga + the ending a lot. Made me cry everytime I reread it.
Good for you. Like others, I felt the ending was rushed, and had some holes.
(Then again, if she'd stayed, there would have been time paradoxes ...)

Man. We missed some opportunities for hilarious weird stalkery shit when he goes checking on his beloved as she's a baby etc..
Also, the older she is when they meet, the healthier the age gap gets ... at least percentage wise ... bleh.

So the dude lived with a beautiful woman for over a year, didn't fuck her, and then was in monk mode for 25 years? So he's a 43-year-old virgin?

And he could have been dating her since she was 19! Why'd he wait an extra four years to talk to her? She could have gotten married and had kids with someone else in that timeframe.

And what the hell is the point of an ecchi manga where they actually show naked breasts but no one ever has sex?

Dumb, author, dumb.
I hate this waiting bs and this manga take this to another level. 25 years????? This is a New record, Bro lost his prime and now is recovering from a disease, his dick is probably weak as fuck

What really pissed me is that she travel to another 'universe' to save another Rinnosuke while the Other Rinnosuke is sick and almost dying. And to get things even worse instead of the MC overcoming that loss and going through another character development he waits 25 years for another girl and miraculously this girl has memories????

Like they are different beings, it's not like she forgot something and the power of love made the memories come back she literally don't ever had memories of that time.

This ending was rushed and have a lot of flaws but the manga in general was entertaining, I give this story an 6.5/10

Bc that would propably changed the future bruh
but it wouldn't make sense, because the moment she saves him from dying there shouldn't be a reason for her to go back in time and so she would never exist there, creating a paradox. The best explanation would be that by going back in time she created a different timeline and what she changes there won't change the past of her own timeline.
