i think they can buy their way in. Ovarou simply purchase their 'tickets' or passes to enter certain tiers area of the dungeon but they have to secure their own funds to play with the dungeon's games and machine.

and i think they can somewhat consider a party to be singular unit where the leader can buy passes for their party members.

To be fair, it's not practically guaranteeing victory the way actual cheating would, and the people he's up against are likely doing the same. He's not bringing in outside cards up his sleeve, weighted dice, using his clones to check other people's cards, or so on. In a world where there are stats and skills that affect said stats, anybody with half a brain would try to stack luck when they're going seriously gambling. (Luck is probably also the domain of the God of Gambling, or very closely connected, so it becomes a god-approved tactic.)

I think the chips can be shared by dungeon rules... But Ovarou isn't letting others freeload cuz that's a part of their training... And don't forget that Revenger also won big at the arena, both in the city and on 4th floor, so that group should have big money on their own anyway

And in terms of the pass.. I think the rule just meant, once you buy a pass, that pass belongs to only one person. No one can steal it (aka guarantees safety), and you can cheese the dungeon mechanics by passing it between multiple people.

Guys, you gotta remember this is a dungeon... It's might to be hard, near impossible, but not completely screw you over like normally casinos... It's meant to test your skills, be it your luck as a stat or any other skills that isn't outright changing how the game is played

I think the entry pass is soul bound, but you can give money to anybody so theye can buy the tier upgrade.
