When turning the last page in a title's last chapter and going back to the title page, on occasion the read markers for chapters that weren't read immediately prior won't show correctly:

It doesn't happen every time. A page refresh on the title page has always corrected the issue for me.
This was taken on current Firefox (152.0.6) with uBlock on Windows 11, 1Gb fiber, no VPN. I have seen this happen on my phone a couple times as well (Android 13/Chrome 150), both at home and on mobile out and about.
This is fairly recent - not more than a few days old. First couple times I chalked it up to my connection being dumb like it occasionally is, so I'm sorry I can't be more specific there.
