[Reader] Sometimes the page randomly refreshes

Sometimes when reading a chapter the whole page decides to reload (imagine pressing F5 or CTRL+R to reload). For example, I've already have turned to page 3 or 4 and in the middle of reading the page reloads before bringing me back to the page I was reading. I noticed it happening in the past couple of days, maybe around the time the site was updated?

I can't write how to reproduce this issue since it appears to be random on all my devices as of now (I'll update this if I notice any pattern). As far as I've noticed it happens shortly after I enter the [Reader] and have read a few pages and it doesn't seem to happen again on the next chapter.

I've noticed this both on my Windows and Linux PCs and my Android tablet, all of which are running Firefox with a disabled/whitelisted adblocker being the only extension I'm using.

Edit: I just realized that maybe it's a browser caching issue on my side so I'll try clearing it on one of my PCs.
