just try to think yourself into that situation, nobody can just assume that the characters literally jumped out of the game into our reality.

Damn... Olivia's story in the previous world and this one both seem pretty heart-wrenching, it does seem like Machino is taking things a bit lightly, like the experiences of Olivia in that other world aren't fully real to her if she isn't picking up on these trauma flags.
